About Squarespace websites and online stores

We design custom Squarespace websites and online stores for small businesses and independent projects – with a focus on hospitality and vacation rentals, restaurants and bars, coaches, yoga and wellness, beauty and salons, real estate and property, creatives and photography, and local businesses.

Yes, for websites. We build every site on Squarespace, and that focus is why we know the platform properly instead of juggling five systems. Branding and logo design we also do on its own, for clients who are not building a website with us.

Yes. If the base is solid, a redesign is usually the faster route: we keep what works, rebuild what does not and bring the design up to date. If starting from scratch is quicker for you, we will say so.

Yes. We design and set up Squarespace online stores for products, vouchers and services – store structure, custom product pages and the basic setup for payments, shipping and tax. After launch, you manage products and orders yourself.

In many cases, yes. Reservation tools, booking engines, enquiry forms, schedules and calendars can run alongside Squarespace. We start from what you already use and only replace it when there is a reason to.

If your offer is clear and focused, or you are at the beginning, a one-page website can be all you need. With several services, locations or audiences it gets crowded fast – then Essential or Pro is the better fit.

Yes. That is a large part of why we work with Squarespace: non-technical teams can edit their own content. Every project includes a live handover and basic training, so text, images and new pages stay in your hands.
About branding and naming

No. You need a starting point, not a finished identity – an existing brand we can refine, or a new one we build together with Brand Essentials. What we will not do is wrap a new website around a logo you have already stopped liking.

The parts you use every day: logo versions, colours, typography and, depending on the package, a short guide that shows how everything comes together on your website, social channels and print. We work in three levels – Logo Design, Brand Essentials and Brand Pro.

Yes. Our Naming and Brand Story Intensive covers the name itself plus the positioning and story around it. It can run as a standalone project or as part of a website and branding package.

Yes. If your branding still works, we use it as the base for your new Squarespace website and make sure it is applied consistently across every page. We will not sell you a rebrand you do not need.

We are a Squarespace website and branding studio based in Zurich, Switzerland, and an official Squarespace Circle Member. We work with businesses in Switzerland, South Tyrol and internationally. Most projects run fully online, in English, German or Italian.

Yes. We work with clients in different time zones and are used to running projects through video calls, shared documents and clear written communication.

Most of the work happens through email and shared documents, with a few video calls at key points. We keep communication focused and structured, so you always know what is next and what we need from you.

You will need to answer questions, review drafts and provide content or at least core information. We try to make this simple and manageable – no endless homework, just the pieces we truly need.

That is fine. The first step is about getting to know each other. If we feel your project needs something different, we will say so and, where possible, share a suggestion for another path.
How much does a project cost?

Websites start at CHF 1'850 for a one-page website, CHF 3'400 for Website Essential and CHF 5'500 for Website Pro.
Branding starts at CHF 1'200 for Logo Design, CHF 2'300 for Brand Essentials and CHF 3'900 for Brand Pro.
Combined packages start at CHF 2'800 for the Launch Package and CHF 5'400 for the Business Package. All prices exclude VAT.

Yes. Many clients start with a one-page website or an Essential website and add more pages, modules or a shop later, when the business is ready for it.

Most Squarespace websites take three to six weeks. The Launch Package usually takes three to four weeks, the Business Package four to six. Pro websites and online stores can take longer, depending on your content and integrations.
We agree on the timeline before we start.

Our calendar changes throughout the year. If you have a fixed date in mind – for example a season start, launch or event – it is best to get in touch a few months ahead so we can plan together.

Clarity on what you offer, where the business is going and roughly when you want to launch. Text, images and existing branding help. If they are missing, we plan how to create them.

We structure and refine your existing text as part of every project. For full copywriting we bring in the writers we work with regularly and scope it into the proposal.

No. The Squarespace plan is paid directly to Squarespace and is not part of our fees. The same goes for third-party integrations, stock photography, fonts and content creation.
