Squarespace website packages

Not every business needs the same number of pages. We keep our Squarespace website packages simple, so you can choose what fits your content and your stage.

What every Squarespace project includes

Whether it is a simple one-page site or a larger hospitality website, every project we do includes the same foundations:

  • so visitors find what they need quickly, especially on mobile.

  • colours, typography and components that match your branding and can grow with you.

  • tested on phones and tablets, not just on a big screen.

  • titles, descriptions, headings and image text prepared from the start.

  • forms, maps, menus, galleries and, if needed, booking or scheduling tools.

  • from test links to domain connection and basic checks.

  • so updating text, images and simple pages feels doable, not daunting.

Need branding as well?

Sometimes a new website is not enough on its own. If your logo, colours or visuals no longer feel right, it can be a good moment to refresh your branding and website together.

Our website and branding packages combine:

  • branding and logo design

  • Squarespace website design

  • key modules such as visuals, search engine work or training

One process, one team, one clear result.

Squarespace shops and online selling

If you want to sell products, vouchers or services directly on your site, we design Squarespace shops that stay simple to manage – without turning your business into a full time ecommerce operation.

A Squarespace online store with us includes:

Store structure and navigation – categories, featured items and how people move through the shop.

Custom product pages – with room for strong images, clear details and useful information.

Basic set up of payments, shipping and tax – adjusted to how and where you sell.

Visual alignment with your brand – so the shop feels like part of your website, not an add on.

Connection to your key pages – offers, about, contact and, if relevant, your newsletter.

Typical use cases:

  • Restaurants and bars selling vouchers or tickets for events.

  • Hospitality and vacation rentals offering gift vouchers or add on services.

  • Coaches and studios selling sessions, programmes or digital products.

  • Local businesses and creatives with a small but curated range of products.

Modules you can add

Not every project needs every option. These modules are there when you need a bit more – either now or later.

  • when you do not have a full photo library yet. We combine curated stock photography with carefully used AI assisted visuals to build a consistent look until a full shoot is possible.

  • for campaigns, partners, special offers or detailed portfolios.

  • for hospitality, restaurants and cross border businesses that need more than one language.

  • when you want to go beyond basics – keyword structure, internal linking and more detailed search engine optimisation.

  • connecting restaurant reservations, yoga schedules, simple property enquiries or other third party tools alongside your Squarespace website.

  • hourly sessions or a training day for you or your team, so editing pages, adding products or posting updates becomes part of your normal work.

Timelines and process

We like to keep expectations clear. Timelines depend on scope, but we always agree on a realistic plan before we start.

Most Squarespace websites take between three and six weeks, depending on the package you choose, how ready your content is and how many modules we add. For more complex Pro websites and online stores, we define a custom timeline with you before we begin.

Our process:

  • Plan – We talk about your business, your offers and what is not working with your current setup. Together we decide on the right website package and any add ons.

  • Design and build – We design your Squarespace website or shop, share previews and refine based on your feedback.

  • Launch and handover – We prepare launch, test key user paths and walk you through the editor so you feel at home behind your site.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need branding in place before we start the website?

You do not need a full identity, but you do need something. That can be an existing brand we can refine or a new Brand Essentials package. We will not build a full new site around a logo you no longer like.

Can you work on my existing Squarespace website?

Yes. If your current Squarespace website has a solid base, we can restructure, redesign and refresh it instead of starting from scratch. If it is easier and faster to rebuild, we will say so.

Can you connect booking or reservation tools to my Squarespace site?

In many cases, yes. We regularly connect restaurant reservation tools, simple booking engines, enquiry forms, schedules and calendars alongside Squarespace. We will look at what you already use and what makes sense to keep.

Is a one-page website enough for my business?

For clear, focused offers and early stages, a one-page website can be exactly what you need. If you have multiple services, locations or audiences, we will usually recommend an Essential or Pro website instead.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes. One of the main reasons we work with Squarespace is that non technical teams can edit content themselves. We include a live handover and basic training in every project, so you feel confident making normal day to day updates.

You do not have to learn everything about Squarespace to have a website that works. You just need a clear structure, a small team that knows the platform and a project that feels manageable from start to finish.

Next: branding and logo design

If your website is only one part of the puzzle, the next step is to refresh or create a visual identity that actually fits your work.
